ABOUT AMY BARNESBehind SelaHorizons
I am a Disciple of Christ first. I spent twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry, working my way up from bench chemist to data reviewer and finally to Quality Control Manager before the Lord called me into service.
I have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s in business administration.
I’ve managed multiple groups remotely. I am the go-to leader that brings a calm, stable force to a chaotic, high-stress environment. I have extensive experience creating digital solutions to clunky processes, creating and monitoring KPIs, and creating documentation.
I heard the calling into a Business as Ministry model in 2025. Since then I’ve been working to bring chaos into order for independent missionaries and small ministry teams, so you can focus on what you love - the people in your community and serving God’s kingdom.
